This stuff is awesome! Started at 500mcg a week, then up to 1mg. It's cut out all the food noise, with no real side effects and I'm dropping the belly fat I recently gained from disability awaiting surgery. I did bump it up to 2mg for a week, but found I was eating too little and became a bit hypoglycemic with low energy. 1mg/week seems to be best for me at the moment.
