All purchases made through Canada Steroid Depot are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or any reason outside of the circumstances outlined below.
Issues With Your Order
If there is a genuine issue with the items you received, please contact us; we handle these situations on a case by case basis.
To report an issue, you must:
- Contact us within 5 days of the delivery date
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and photo evidence of the issue
- Allow us reasonable time to review your claim and respond
Claims submitted after 5 days from delivery, or submitted without an order number and photo evidence, will not be eligible for review.
Shipping and Delivery Responsibility
Orders shipped via standard delivery (no signature required) are sent at the customer’s risk once they leave our facility. Canada Steroid Depot is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed in transit when standard shipping is selected.
